The Ruta Coffee Farm has the varieties as follow: 1) Red Obata: with a fine acidity and flavors as peach and chocolate with citrus and flowery aromas 2) Gueisha: Lovely sweet taste with flavor such citrus, mango, papaya 3) Catimor: Strong body flowery aroma and medium acidity

From the flower to the cup
Kavu coffee grow under the shadow of the liquidambar tree, getting a unique taste and multiple aromas. The coffee farm are located at 1,400 meters obove the sea level surronder for mountains that attract and keep humidity spreding a cover of mist given a unique micro climate no found in others places, for this reason our kavu coffee is unique.
Entrepreneurs, helping the village community
Our coffee farm hire 10 people trough the year, paying minimum wage and provide house to our butler and his family.
We try to get a fair price for our coffee in orden to maintain the operation in a win win situation and keep helping the people who live in the influce zone of our farm.
Our coffee farm reduce its environment impact keeping 3.0 hectare of a liquidambar forest and we use this tree has shadow for our coffe, this allow us to obtain a very high quality coffe wiht a unique taste and aroma.
In our land we also provide free water supply for two communities reaching almost 100 people, so we protect the water source.
